This page sets out what a founding member is buying. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, because a founding member should understand the arrangement before they pay for it, not after.
A one-off founding payment gives you a licence to use AgentIQ, and a permanent discount off whatever the standard rate is at any point in the future.
The founding payment covers your use of AgentIQ until standard subscription billing begins. There is no monthly charge before that point.
The three-year term is stated because an open-ended promise from a business this young is not worth much. This one is specific, and it is meant to be kept.
If your licence lapses and you return later, you return at standard rates. The discount follows continuous use, not the person.
Not to a seat and not to an individual. If your office grows, the discount applies to every agent you add under the same licence. Growing your team does not cost you your founding rate.
At the time of writing, specifically:
These are the things being built, in that order, and founding members get them first at no additional cost.
Founding members tell me what to build next and it genuinely changes the order of work. Input is weighted by tier — Foundation members are asked first.
That said, I make the final call on what gets built, and I will not build something that compromises the compliance behaviour of the system. If a feature request would mean producing a document the evidence does not support, the answer is no, regardless of who is asking.
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time in a standard format, and you can ask for it to be deleted. If you stop using AgentIQ, your data does not stay with me.
Client information you enter remains your responsibility under the Privacy Act. AgentIQ is a tool you use in your business; it does not take over your obligations to the people in your database.
After fourteen days the founding payment is non-refundable, because by then the money has been spent building the thing you asked for.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of what this page says.
An honest paragraph, because founding members are taking a real risk. If I stop developing AgentIQ, founding members get their data in full and export tools that work. I will give at least ninety days' notice before shutting anything down.
I will not sell your data. If the business itself were ever sold, the founding rates and these terms would go with it as a condition.
Foundation members have a direct line — an email address that reaches me, not a ticket system. That is only possible because the tier is capped at ten offices. Response within one business day is what I aim for and usually beat.
AgentIQ is operated by Fe Onyx. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are never seen or stored by AgentIQ.
